Dan Kinder lives in the Houston, Texas area. He has over 25 years of real estate experience.
He started his real estate career in 1998, buying his first single family home.
Since then he has acquired 13 additional homes and has remodeled, rented or sold them
gaining experience with each transaction.
Recently, Mr. Kinder has discovered the multifamily asset class and has been learning and
acquiring units. He currently is a limited partner is 1186 units and is a general partner in 368 units as of June, 2023.
Mr. Kinder also has a knack for numbers. He has an Associates degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. He has been a computer engineer and application developer at IBM for over 25 years and is an Excel expert along with years of experience in accounting and financial systems. This financial and analytical skill set is not only a strength for Mr. Kinder, but also has proved very valuable in his multifamily career as an excellent underwriter and financial analyst.
Mr. Kinder is also very experienced in working on or replacing every system in the home including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, structural, HVAC, roofing, etc. He enjoys getting involved in the work, especially if it involves a challenging or unique problem that needs to be solved.
Mr. Kinder is married to Tammy Williams Kinder and is a father of 5 wonderful children that are the joy of their lives. Mr. Kinder enjoys being involved in his children's lives and actively participates being a coach, scout leader, teacher and mentor amoung other roles. Mr. Kinder has several hobbies that he enjoys. He is a diehard Miami Dolphin fan. He loves woodworking, birthday cake decorating and helping others study and understand the bible. He is thankful for all he has enjoyed in his life and honors and gives glory to God for blessing him well beyond what he deserves.
